1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PSIP you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

PSIP provides a subscription-based platform aggregating publicly available UK government tender data from Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland, and Sell2Wales.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information. Accounts are for the named individual or organisation only and may not be shared or resold. You must be 18 or older.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: resell or sub-licence access; scrape or bulk-download tender data; use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to circumvent access controls.

6. Data accuracy

Tender data is sourced from official government APIs and updated daily. We cannot guarantee all data is complete or error-free. Always verify opportunities directly with the relevant procurement portal before bidding.

7. AI features

AI relevance scoring is indicative only and does not constitute advice. You are responsible for assessing the suitability of any tender opportunity.

8. Limitation of liability

PSIP's liability for any claim is limited to subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for missed tender opportunities, bid failures, or business losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
